There will be a tribute to Mitchel Cohen, who died earlier this spring, at Judson Memorial Church, 55 Washington Square South in Manhattan, on Saturday, October 3rd from noon to 4 p.m. This is not a Green Party event, but Mitchel Cohen was a long time Green Party member and activist. Mitchel was a self-described writer, activist, poet, former chair WBAI-FM local station board member, member of the Brooklyn Greens, one of the founders of the Red Balloon Collective, and rabble rouser.
