The Bronx Greens, the Jericho Movement, and the Leonard Peltier Ad Hoc Committee are holding two Vigils commemorating Leonard Peltier's 79 birthday. This year marks 48 years he's been in prison for defending the rights of Indian people, most specifically, at that time, the Lakota people on Pine Ridge, Indian Reservation. Leonard Peltier's Birthday is on Tuesday, September 12. Please come and support Leonard Peltier and Indigenous Rights.
