Monroe County's Green Party introduced its candidates for the upcoming 2015 elections Thursday morning.

Rajesh Barnabas will run for county executive. The party says this is Barnabas' first time seeking public office. He's a graduate of SUNY Geneseo and has a masters degree from Nazareth College. He'll challenge Republican Cheryl Dinolfo and Democrat Sandy Frankel.

The party also introduced three candidates for Rochester City Council.

Dorothy Paige will run for the Northwest District, Alex White - who ran for Rochester mayor several times will run for the council's South District, while Anthony Giordano will run for the council's East District.

The Green Party says it is the only constituted party in New York State that does not cross-endorse candidates.
