To All Enrolled Members of The Green Party of New York County(Manhattan):

Please be advised that the Green Party of New York County will be meeting on Thursday, December 5, 2019, 7:00 - 9:00 pm, at Simple Studios, 134 West 29th Street, 2nd Floor, Room 213(please see below for directions).

The meeting is being called, pursuant to Section 3.2.3 of The Green Party of New York County By-laws, which states:

"3.2.3 The Officers are elected by the CO to two-year terms at the first meeting set as close as possible to and just after each New Year’s Day. All candidates must be nominated by a GPNYCO member at the meeting held directly before New Year’s Day"

Among the items of business on the agenda will be:

- Public Campaign Finance Commission Recommendations

- 2020 Candidates

- Reports from the Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer

- Nominations for Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer

- Report back from the September, 2019 State Committee Meeting

PLEASE NOTE: Meetings of the Green Party of New York County are public meetings. Individuals who are not registered Greens in New York County and/or who do not reside in New York County are welcome to attend the meeting as observers. However, only duly-registered members of the Green Party of New York County may participate in the meeting.

If you recently registered as a member of the Green Party; or if you are not certain you are registered as a Green Party member with the Board of Elections, please bring proof of your registration to the meeting, and present it when you sign-in.

Directions to Simple Studios: Simple Studios is located on the south side of West 29th Street, midway between 6th and 7th Avenues.
Subway: Please take the A, C, or E train to 34 Street Station. Walk south from 34th Street on 7th Avenue, and turn right onto the south side of West 29th Street, and walk east. Simple Studios will be on your left. Take the elevator to the second floor.
The B, D, F, M, N, Q, R and W trains all stop at Herald Sq at 34th St and 6th Ave. Walk south on 6th Ave to 29th and a half block west.
Or, take the 1 train to 28th Street Station. Walk up to West 29th Street and walk east on the south side of the street. Cross 7th Avenue and continue walking. Simple Studios will be on your left. Take the elevator to the second floor.

Please Note: Although our room reservation is confirmed for Room 213, room locations are occasionally subject to change. When you get off the elevator on the second floor, check the computer screen on the wall. It lists the events, times, and room numbers.
