The DC Statehood Green Party supports passage of DC Council Bill 17-0527, to prevent District government from disposing public properties without reasonable legal hurdles and public oversight, and has joined Empower DC (People's Property Campaign) in urging Council member Carol Schwartz (At-large) to schedule a hearing on the legislation.
